Ventrace is built on principles of zero-trust architecture, continuous compliance, and strict data isolation for enterprise ESG reporting.
1. Infrastructure Security
Ventrace leverages continuous security posture management across all cloud environments. We utilize hardened, immutable infrastructure, automated vulnerability scanning, and real-time threat detection to ensure the highest level of resilience against emerging threats.
2. Data Protection
All customer data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3. We enforce strict logical isolation between tenants, ensuring that your sensitive ESG and telemetry data remains exclusively accessible to your organization.
3. Access Control
We support SAML 2.0 and enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) alongside granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strictly enforced for all administrative and elevated privilege accounts, both internal and external.
4. Compliance
We have not yet completed an independent security certification such as SOC 2, and we do not claim one. We run our own automated security tests in development and plan independent penetration testing before general availability; we will publish the results and any certification here when they exist. Processing of personal data follows the privacy commitments on our Privacy page.
